Webinar: What Do Chaplains Do? Evidence from Chaplains Working in Palliative Care

Our full time Chaplains are Board Certified by the Association of Professional Chaplains (or in process).

This means that each one of our Professional Staff Chaplains has a minimum of:

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited college, and a Master of Divinity (3 year) degree from an accredited seminary
  • Is ordained, licensed, or endorsed by a particular faith group
  • Has completed at least four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (1600 hours of clinical training) to be a Chaplain in a healthcare setting
  • Has demonstrated competency in thirty-three standards of care by a professional committee of peers
